BD Pulse Exhaust Manifold – T4 Divided, High-Silicon Ductile Iron

This fully divided pulse exhaust manifold is engineered for strength, flow, and long-term durability. Made from high-silicon ductile iron, it’s built to withstand extreme heat and vibration common during DPF regeneration and heavy-duty use. Precision slip joints allow for thermal expansion and contraction, significantly reducing cyclic thermal fatigue and extending manifold life. The thick-walled casting and divided T4 outlet improve exhaust energy to the turbocharger while preventing cracks and leaks.

This manifold is pre-drilled for pyrometer probes and is fully EGR compatible. Gasket, bolt, and spacer kits are available separately.
