Remanufactured Fuel Injector – PurePower Technologies / UpTime Parts
Each injector is fully remanufactured using OE-grade processes and components by UpTime Parts and PurePower Technologies. Every unit receives new rail connections, thru-rod, nuts, Belleville washers, o-rings, springs, spool valves, dampening pins, and check plates. The control valve body and spool are precision ground to match original specs, ensuring proper sealing and performance. The intensifier body is precision honed and paired with new matched plungers to handle extreme operating pressures and temperatures.
All sealing surfaces are refinished and held to less than 2 microns of flatness. Each injector undergoes comprehensive testing for flow volume, leakage rate, valve opening pressure, and max needle lift, guaranteeing dependable operation at OEM standards—at an aftermarket price.
