At its heart, the Highlander Cyclone jacket has the Prot3X-LTE system – a triple-layer build:
1. A durable face layer
2. Waterproof, breathable TPU membrane
3. Soft backer for comfort and durability
This combo delivers a whopping 20,000 mm hydrostatic head rating, keeping water out in torrential downpours, while a 15,000 g/m²/24 h breathability rating ensures you stay dry and sweat-free even when pushing hard
Every seam of htis Highlander Cyclone jacket is fully taped, and water-resistant zippers seal out moisture. Add a Grade 4, PFC-free durable water repellent (DWR) coating, and rain beads up and rolls off instead of soaking in 
Designed for real-world grit, this jacket features a wire-peaked, helmet-compatible hood (it hides away when you don’t need it), Velcro cuffs and elastic drawcord hem to lock out wind and drizzle – and even a rank slide panel on the Ranger Green and HMTC versions for patch or insignia placement
