BD Turbo Install Kit – Ford F‑150 3.5L EcoBoost (2017–2020)
When removing and reinstalling the turbochargers on an EcoBoost, many of the gaskets need to be, or should be, replaced. The Turbo Install Kit is a collection of the seals and gaskets required to do this, including the turbocharger inlet gasket, outlet gasket, coolant line seal bushings, coolant and oil line O‑rings, and one‑time‑use turbocharger bolts and studs. Each kit contains enough parts to complete the installation for both turbochargers, adding simplicity to an EcoBoost manifold or turbocharger installation!
Kit Contents
Turbocharger inlet gaskets for 2017 model year (1 left side, 1 right side); turbocharger inlet gaskets for 2018–2020 model years (1 left side, 1 right side); turbocharger outlet gaskets (2); coolant line seal bushings (4); coolant and oil tube O‑rings (10); oil drain O‑rings (4); downpipe studs (4); downpipe nuts (4); turbo mounting bolts (6).
Replaces Turbo Bolt OEM Part #’s W715673S900, W719737S900 and Turbo Gasket OEM Part #’s HL3Z‑9450‑A, HL3Z‑9448‑C, JL3Z‑9450‑A.
Emissions
This product does not require an EO in California. By nature of its design, it is legal for sale and use in all 50 states. Replacement parts included. (EMS:4)
