BD Exhaust Up-Pipe Kit – Ford Power Stroke
The factory exhaust up-pipes that connect the exhaust manifold to the turbo are prone to leakage over time due to deterioration, leading to a loss of turbo drive pressure and increased EGTs. BD’s upgraded up-pipes are a durable, long-life solution designed to eliminate this common failure point. These pipes feature internally shielded expansion bellows to reduce restriction and maintain optimal turbo performance. The included turbo Y-adapter is constructed from high-silicon ductile iron for superior strength and heat resistance.
This kit maximizes the transfer of heat energy to the turbo while preventing future leaks. It’s an ideal upgrade to install while performing other engine or transmission work.
