BD Exhaust Manifold Set – Ford 6.7L Power Stroke
BD focused on addressing one of the most common failure points on the Ford 6.7L Power Stroke: the exhaust manifolds. These heavy-duty manifolds are crafted from 0.275″ thick-walled high-silicon ductile cast iron, making them 75% thicker than stock to combat cracking caused by extreme exhaust temperatures. Thermal durability is further enhanced with longer exhaust studs, black oxide coated spacers, and precision-machined thick bolting flanges. Designed to be fully EGR compatible and 50-state legal, this manifold set offers long-term reliability and peace of mind.

Provides an average flow increase of 8.1% over stock (OEM avg 169 cfm/port vs. BD avg 174 cfm/port).

Replaces OEM part numbers FC3Z9430B, DC3Z9430A (right side) and DC3Z9431A (left side).
For trucks using the MPD budget SXE turbo kit, part number 1043006 must be used with an OEM passenger side manifold.
