BD focused on solving one of the most common Ford 6.7L failures: the exhaust manifolds. Crafted from heavy-duty 0.275″ thick-walled high-silicon ductile cast iron, these manifolds are 75% thicker than stock to combat cracking caused by high exhaust temperatures. Thermal durability is improved through the use of longer exhaust studs, black oxide coated spacers, and thicker, precision-machined bolting flanges. Fully EGR compatible and 50-state legal, this manifold set offers reliable performance and peace of mind for Power Stroke owners.
